UNDRSTND KMG is a Swiss company. These terms are provided in English for convenience.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all business relationships between UNDRSTND KMG, Im Stockenhof 18, 8105 Regensdorf, Switzerland (hereinafter “UNDRSTND”) and its customers. By purchasing a ticket, booking a service, or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Events and Tickets
2.1 Tickets are valid only for the event stated on the ticket. Exchange or return is generally excluded unless UNDRSTND cancels the event.
2.2 UNDRSTND reserves the right to change the program, artists, date, and venue. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund if the event takes place.
2.3 Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale, transfer, or assignment to third parties is prohibited. UNDRSTND may declare such tickets invalid.
2.4 A valid ticket does not guarantee entry. UNDRSTND or security personnel may refuse admission (e.g. capacity limits, security checks, alcohol/drug use, missing proof of age) — without entitlement to a refund.
2.5 Security personnel and house rules have the final say on admission and removal. Instructions must be followed.
2.6 Violations of house rules, aggressive or dangerous behavior, or unlawful conduct may result in refusal of entry or removal — without refund.
2.7 Admission to events may require a minimum age. UNDRSTND may request proof of age.
3. Cancellation and Force Majeure
If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. official orders, weather, natural disasters, pandemics), you will receive a refund of the ticket price. UNDRSTND may alternatively offer a replacement date; in that case the ticket may be transferred to the new date. Further claims are excluded.
4. Photo and Video Recordings
UNDRSTND may create photo and video recordings at events and use them for its own purposes (website, social media, advertising, documentation). By attending an event, participants agree that they may appear in such recordings.
5. Liability
5.1 UNDRSTND is not liable for damages arising from attending events, to the extent permitted by law. Participation is at your own risk.
5.2 UNDRSTND accepts no liability for personal belongings. Cloakrooms, where available, are unsupervised.
6. House Rules
UNDRSTND and its representatives exercise house rules at event venues. Instructions from security personnel must be followed. Violations of house rules or these terms may result in refusal of entry or removal, without entitlement to a refund.
7. Newsletter and Electronic Communication
The newsletter is voluntary and not part of the ticket purchase. By subscribing, you consent to receive emails about events and UNDRSTND news. You may withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link or email to info@undrstnd.ch).
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs of UNDRSTND are protected by copyright. Use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
